It was a memorable moment at E-Radio, where we not only celebrated the farewell of all staff who had contributed tremendously, but also held the election of new members or the management of the E-Radio Daily Executive Board (BPH) for the next term. This event was not only a celebration, but also had a significant positive impact related to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8, namely "Decent Work and Economic Growth."

The selection of BPH E-Radio members is our effort to provide opportunities for talented and dedicated students to develop their skills in broadcasting. By providing these decent jobs, we contribute to the achievement of SDG 8 by creating jobs for promising students.

Furthermore, the Farewell Party fosters solidarity and collaboration among new and existing staff members. It serves as a platform for sharing experiences and knowledge, creating a healthy and productive work environment. In this context, we strive to achieve SDG 8 by promoting inclusive economic growth, embracing diversity, and enabling everyone to contribute to the development of our media.

With a vibrant Farewell Party, we not only celebrate the journey we have been on, but also commit to continuing to support SDG 8 by creating decent jobs, advancing sustainable economic growth, and providing opportunities for young people to thrive in the dynamic world of broadcasting.
