As a member of society, students are a high-quality human resource with potential, fulfilling several crucial roles in the development and advancement of a nation. Universitas Airlangga as an academic environment, is expected to provide the appropriate platform to realize and optimize student abilities, particularly in the organizational field.

Therefore, E-Radio, as a student organization specializing in developing interests and talents in broadcasting and music entertainment, has programmed activities aimed at providing organizational training and enhancing the skills of students who will become E-Radio's next generation. This activity is the 2021 E-Radio training program.

With this activity, students are expected to become the next generation of the nation who have high intellectual abilities who are able to continue the struggle of the E-Radio administrators in the previous period, produce quality human resources, improve public speaking and broadcasting skills. This activity will be held virtually via Zoom Meeting on March 20-21, 2021
