"Upgrading e-Radio 2024" is a program that aims to improve the quality of members and build strong ties in e-Radio organizations. This program is not only internal activity, but also supports the purpose of sustainable development, as carried by Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This program focuses on point 4 of the SDGs, namely quality education, by organizing training and workshops to develop members' skills in the radio industry. In addition to increasing technical knowledge, there is also a focus on developing interpersonal and leadership skills.

Point 8 of the SDGs, inclusive economic growth, is also a concern through the formation of work teams and collaboration between members to develop the organization. This opens up opportunities for more inclusive economic growth by involving members in various aspects of organizational activities.

This program also emphasizes point 17 of SDGs regarding partnerships to achieve goals, by developing strong networks and partnerships with external stakeholders such as the radio industry, academics and related non-profit institutions.

With "upgrading e-Radio 2024," e-Radio organizations not only strengthen the bonds between members, but also make a significant contribution to community development that is more inclusive, sustainable, and oriented towards greater shared goals.
