"Upgrading E-Radio 2024" is a program aimed at improving the quality of members and building strong bonds within the E-Radio organization. This program is not only an internal activity but also supports sustainable development goals, such as those advocated by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This program emphasizes SDG 4, namely quality education, by holding training and workshops to develop members' skills in the radio industry. In addition to improving technical knowledge, there is also a focus on developing interpersonal and leadership skills.

SDG 8, inclusive economic growth, is also addressed through the formation of work teams and collaboration among members to develop the organization. This opens up opportunities for more inclusive economic growth by involving members in various aspects of the organization's activities.

This program also emphasizes point 17 of the SDGs on partnerships to achieve goals, by developing strong networks and partnerships with external stakeholders such as the radio industry, academia, and related non-profit organizations.

With “Upgrading E-Radio 2024,” the E-Radio Organization not only strengthens the bonds between members, but also makes a significant contribution to the development of a society that is more inclusive, sustainable, and oriented towards greater common goals.
