2018 MANAGEMENT UPGRADING

ADMINISTRATIVE UPGRADING: FAITH UPGRADE, BROTHERHOOD UPGRADE, DAKHUWAH UPGRADE

Upgrading activity is an activity held for all MOSAIC administrators of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for the 2018 period. In the series of events there are introductory sessions between administrators, leadership materials and exciting games that aim to build teamwork, enthusiasm, and foster a sense of brotherhood and foster trust among all MOSAIC FEB UNAIR 2018 administrators. Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a shared vision, the ability to direct individual achievements towards organizational goals (Carnegie, Andrew).

Praise be to God, this activity was held on March 16-17, 2018, at the Darussalam Lawang Islamic Boarding School in Malang. During this activity, upgrading participants also received spiritual training and guidance to strengthen their faith, morals, and character, as well as to understand and carry out the duties and obligations entrusted to them during their term of office without any obstacles.
