UPGRADING is a work program implemented with the aim of introducing MOSAIC's environmental orientation to new staff as well as a forum to strengthen bonding and brotherhood among administrators. UPGRADING is an important momentum for all members to strengthen leadership capacity and strengthen togetherness and teamwork. Work deliberation sessions, games, and other collaborative activities are designed to improve competency and build synergy among members, thereby creating a new spirit in carrying out the organization's vision and mission.
UPGRADING also carries the spirit of collaboration that is in line with SDGs goal number 17, namely "Partnerships for the Goals". This activity emphasizes the importance of partnerships and cooperation to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals. Through interaction and exchange of ideas between participants, MOSAIC strives to build a strong partnership network within the organization so that it can support innovative and sustainable solutions in various areas that are the focus of the organization. This UPGRADING activity will be held at Villa Hortensia, Prigen on May 17-18, 2025.
By integrating the values ​​of SDG 17 in each series of activities, it is hoped that UPGRADING will not only strengthen the internal organization, but also open opportunities for broader collaboration with various parties, from communities, governments, to the private sector. This approach reflects MOSAIC's commitment to actively contribute to sustainable development through inclusive and strategic partnerships, which will ultimately accelerate the achievement of SDG targets as a whole and have a positive impact on the wider community.
