MOSAIC UPGRADING

Team work is an essential ability that allows individuals with different backgrounds, expertise, and characters to unite and work synergistically towards a shared vision. As revealed by Andrew Carnegie, teamwork is not only collaboration, but also the ability to direct the achievements and potential of each member to be in harmony with the overall organizational goals. In this context, team work becomes the main foundation that encourages the effectiveness and success of an organization, because with the synergy that is built, each individual contribution can have a greater and more sustainable impact. Through good communication, mutual trust, and mutual commitment, team work changes individual groups into a collective force that is able to face challenges, make strategic decisions, and achieve optimal results for mutual progress.
Upgrading is a work program implemented with the aim of introducing the orientation of the Mosaic environment to new staff as well as an event to increase bonding and ukhuwah between management. Upgrading is an important momentum for all members to strengthen leadership capacity and strengthen the togetherness and teamwork. Working deliberations, games, and other collaborative activities are designed to improve competence and build synergy between members, so as to create a new spirit in carrying out the vision and mission of the organization.
Upgrading also carries the spirit of collaboration that is in line with the purpose of SDGs number 17, namely "Partnership for the Goals". This activity emphasizes the importance of partnerships and cooperation to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals. Through interaction and exchange of ideas between participants, Mosaic seeks to build a strong partnership network in the organization so that it can support innovative and sustainable solutions in various fields that are the focus of the organization. This upgrading activity will be carried out at Villa Hortensia, Prigen on 17 to 18 May 2025.
By integrating SDG values 17 in each series of activities, it is expected that upgrading is not only to strengthen the internal organization, but also opens up broader collaboration opportunities with various parties, ranging from the community, the government, to the private sector. This approach reflects Mosaic's commitment to actively contribute to sustainable development through inclusive and strategic partnerships, which in turn will accelerate the achievement of the SDGs targets as a whole and have a positive impact on the wider community.
