Assalamu'alaikum, everyone... how's your fast going? I hope it's going well...
As we know, this year marks our second year observing Ramadan amidst a pandemic. It's certainly not easy. However, this shouldn't stop us from increasing our good deeds during this auspicious month. We still have the opportunity to reap rewards this Ramadan, especially in the last 10 days of Ramadan. Among these nights, there is a night better than a thousand months, and our good deeds will be multiplied. That night is Laylat al-Qadr.
In a hadith qudsi, Rasulullah SAW said: By the One in Whose Hands my soul is, the smell of a fasting person's mouth is truly more fragrant in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk oil. He gave up his food, his drink, his lust solely because of Me. Fasting is for Me. And I myself will give the reward. And virtue (in the month of Ramadan) is rewarded with ten times the same virtue. (HR. Bukhari from Abu Hurayrah).
So the Syiar division will hold a Special Ramadhan Study with the theme "Reaching His Love in the Embrace of Ramadhan". Which will be held on Sunday, May 2 2021 with the speaker being Ustadz Khaliel Anwar. This study aims to strengthen brotherhood among FEB students and establish friendship with the general public. Apart from that, this study also aims to strengthen our faith in carrying out the Ramadan worship in the midst of this pandemic so that we can move more enthusiastically to achieve His blessing, increase our worship, and as a form of piety within ourselves.
