PSDM Talk is an event designed to enhance participants' understanding of career development through study abroad experiences. This activity is organized by the PSDM MoSAIC Division of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. With the theme "Charting New Paths: The Career Impact of Study Abroad Experiences," this event will explore the impact of international experiences, such as the IISMA program, on professional skills and job opportunities. Held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 09.00 WIB via Zoom Meeting, this event is open to the public.

This activity is in line with SDG 4 (Quality Education), which aims to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning opportunities. The study abroad experiences discussed in this talk show provide insight into how global education can broaden participants' perspectives and skills to enhance their future careers.
With the theme "Charting New Paths: The Career Impact of Study Abroad Experiences" PSDM TALK 2024, aims for new students to understand the important role of student organizations in building independence and solidarity of the younger generation, new students also get inspiration and motivation from the speakers' experiences in organizations and can build relationships between students and speakers.
This activity is also in line with SDGs number 17, namely the sustainable development goals (Partnerships for the Goals) where this can be used as a forum for all new students to build relationships, and can strengthen ties between Muslim students in the FEB scope so that in the future they can work together to achieve common goals, and have a positive influence on sustainable development.
