PSDM Talk is an event designed to increase participants' understanding of career development through foreign study experience. This activity was organized by the Mosaic PSDM Division, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. With the theme "Charting New Paths: The Career Impact of Study Abroad Experiences", this event will explore the impact of international experience, such as the IISMA program, on professional skills and job opportunities. Held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 09.00 WIB through the Zoom Meeting, this event was open to the public.

This activity is in line with SDG 4 (Quality Education), which aims to ensure inclusive and quality education for everyone and promote life opportunities for life. The experience of foreign study discussed in this talkshow provides insight into how global education can expand the perspectives and skills of participants to improve their careers in the future.
With the theme "Charting New Paths: The Career Impact of Study Abroad Experiences" PSDM Talk 2024, has the aim that new students understand the important role of student organizations in building the independence and solidarity of the younger generation, new students also get inspiration and motivation from the speaker's experience in organizing and can build friendship between students and speakers.
This activity is also in line with SDGs Number 17, namely the Purpose of Sustainable Development (Partnerships for the Goals) where this can be used as a forum for the selves of new students to build relations, and can strengthen the relationship between Muslim students in the FEB scope so that in the future they can work together to achieve common goals, and provide positive influence on sustainable development.
