Muslimah Diary is an annual agenda of Mosaic Muslims in the form of a special competition for Muslim women posted on social media, namely Instagram. There is one sub -competition, which is an interesting Instagram feed content. This agenda is carried out with the aim of increasing Muslim creativity and developing da'wah in the community digitally. For Muslim women, the first part of the diary was carried out on March 13 to March 23, 2024.
The target of participants from Muslim Diary activities is for Muslim women throughout Indonesia, especially Muslim women from students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . Work on Instagram feed content and podcast video by participants in their respective places and collected through Instagram participants by marking the @kemuslimahanmosaic account. The judging is carried out voting with the assessment aspect, which is 40% creativity, 30% of content suitability with themes, 30% of moral messages. There are two winners from each competition in the race, the winner was announced via posting on the Instagram account @kemuslimahanmosaic and received a reward from the committee in the form of cash amounting to Rp150,000 per person.
Through this Muslim Diary activity, Mosaic's Muslim Division wants to highlight that women can also develop their creativity, as well as spread Islamic da'wah to the general public. The implementation of this activity is in line with the 4th SDGs of SDGs: Quality Education (Quality Education), namely through Muslim Diary activities, Muslim women can obtain quality education through non-formal activities such as making podcasts and also Instagram feeds to develop their creativity in spreading da'wah for the general public and provide new experiences that cannot be obtained through formal education. In addition, through Instagram, Muslim women can also easily share information and anyone can access it.
Therefore, utilizing the Instagram platform for Muslim Diary activities is considered as the right decision, because the target of this activity is for all Muslim women without being limited by origin, age, or work and encouraging lifelong learning opportunities for everyone, especially Muslim women. In addition, the implementation of this work program also supports the realization of the SDGs of the 4th goal because by giving Muslim freedom in the work, indirectly can simultaneously encourage a sense of confidence of a Muslim woman in expressing opinions, ideas, and views to the general public. If this runs on an ongoing basis, it will improve the quality of education from the contributions of Muslim thoughts.
