Mosaic Sharing 2 is one of the main work programs of the Mosaic FEB's Community Welfare (KU) division. This event was designed as a form of concern for orphans, targeting Universitas Airlanggastudents.

This visit we invited children from the orphanage and their caregivers on campus through the event will be held in October 2025 at Campus B. More or less the rundown of the event is the same as Mosaic Sharing 1. In addition to conveying the objectives, the event will also include an interactive discussion session and questions and answers with the speakers, so that participants can ask questions related to fiqh problems that are often encountered in everyday life.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the children at the orphanage will gain beneficial knowledge and blessings from Allah SWT, through the efforts of our KU Division and our friends in attendance, as well as strengthen their spirituality and become more confident in carrying out their Islamic obligations.

As in the word of Allah which reads " wa'budullâha wa lâ tusyrikû bihî syai'aw wa bil-wâlidaini iḫsânaw wa bidzil-qurbâ wal-yatâmâ wal-masâkîni wal-jâri dzil-qurbâ wal-jâril-junubi wash-shâḫibi bil-jambi wabnis-sabîli wa mâ malakat aimânukum, innallâha lâ yuḫibbu mang kâna mukhtâlan fakhûrâ ” . Which means: Worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him. Be good to your parents, your relatives, your orphans, your needy, your neighbors, your neighbors, your companions, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are arrogant and boastful. (Qs. An-Nisa': 36)

The orphanage children are truly orphans who need love, not only from their deceased parents, but also from all of us Muslims. Furthermore, this is a simple form of community service, demonstrating our concern for others, especially for orphans across faculties at Universitas Airlangga.
