Assalamualaikum SKI Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (MOSAIC FEB UNAIR) Cabinet of Cakrawala Dakwah online with the theme Build enthusiasm, create a great generation, on Saturday, March 27, 2021 has held an Upgrading event. The purpose of the event itself is a series of work programs which are introductory activities to all new management that are internal to the organization to strengthen the relationship between members and provide an understanding of the internal performance of MOSAIC. The purpose of upgrading is to Strengthen the aqidah, morals, and tsaqofah of the 2021 MOSAIC FEB UNAIR management, As an event to introduce the 2021 MOSAIC FEB UNAIR management, Increase motivation, self-confidence, mutual trust and a sense of togetherness among the 2021 MOSAIC FEB UNAIR management, Form the characters needed in the running of an organization. With the target of all MOSAIC FEB Universitas Airlangga 2021 administrators, Through this activity, it is hoped that all administrators for the 2021 period will be able to build enthusiasm and apply organizational operating standards to create a great generation.
Started by Muhammad Hikam Assidiqi as Master of Ceremony (MC) who led the upgrading event. The series of events began with remarks from the general chairman of Mosaic 2021, Muhammad Hafidz Zulfan. Then continued with a focus group discussion divided into 8 groups which then had a pro and con team in a breakout room and raised the theme of vaccine use during the pandemic and was carried out for 60 minutes, after the FGD, continued with a game for 30 minutes followed by filling in the first attendance through the provided gform. then continued with the presence of the speaker, who is a mosaic alumni, specifically the head of the 2020 MOSAIC PSDM division, and not to forget the question and answer session between participants and speakers for approximately 55 minutes, then continued with an alumni visit session which was carried out for 60 minutes and in the form of separate breakout rooms for brothers and sisters, an effort to be closer and more comfortable. After the session was finished, when everyone returned to the main room, the second roll call began. The entire series of UPGRADING events from FEB UNAIR was closed with a closing, prayer and group photo by the MC at 11.40 WIB.
