Karimah Routine 2025 is part of the MOSAIC FEB UNAIR Muslim Division work program which is a series of routine studies aimed at strengthening the brotherhood between Muslim women and increasing insight into the ideal Muslim woman identity through discussion and sharing sessions with competent and inspiring speakers.
The 2025 Karimah Routine carried the theme "Work-Life Balance: Is It Possible to Succeed in Career and Family Simultaneously?" This theme was chosen in response to the dynamics and challenges faced by Muslim women in carrying out dual roles in both the domestic and professional spheres. This study also supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth, by encouraging Muslim women's awareness and readiness to contribute to economic development through balanced and quality roles.
This event will be held on April 25, 2025, at the Creative Lounge, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga with the speaker being Umma Dhyna.
The target of this activity is Muslim female students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNAIR, Muslim female students Universitas Airlangga, and the general Muslim community who are interested in issues of self-development and the role of Muslim women in modern life.
Through this activity, it is hoped that participants can gain applicable insights and inspiration in managing the balance between professional life and family roles, while still upholding Islamic values.
