Karimah Akbar is an annual agenda of Mosaic Muslims in the form of a special competition for Muslim women posted on social media, namely Instagram. There is one sub -contest, namely the contest to make Muslim content in the form of interesting Instagram reels. This agenda is carried out with the aim of increasing Muslim creativity and developing da'wah in the community digitally. For Muslim women, the first part of the Diary was carried out on October 21 - November 8, 2024.
The target of participants from this Muslim Diary activity was for Muslim women throughout Indonesia, especially Muslim women from students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga . Work on Instagram feed content and podcast video by participants in their respective places and collected through Instagram participants by marking the @mosaicfebunair account and @kemuslimahanmosaic. The judging is carried out voting with the assessment aspect of 40% creativity, 30% content content, 30% suitability of themes. There are three winners from each competition in the race, the winner was announced via posting on the Instagram account @kemuslimahanmosaic and received an interesting reward from the committee. Mosaic's Muslim Division through Karimah Akbar's activities wants to show that women can develop creativity and spread Islamic da'wah. This activity supports the 4th SDGs of SDGs: Quality education, by providing non-formal education through platforms such as Instagram. By making Instagram reels, Muslim women can share preaching widely, expand creativity, and provide experiences that are not obtained from formal education. The use of Instagram also facilitates access to information for all Muslim women, encouraging lifelong learning, and increasing confidence in conveying ideas and opinions.
