Karimah Akbar is the largest work program of the Mosaic FEB UNAIR Muslim Affairs division. This event is a Muslim study with the main targets being female Muslim students of FEB UNAIR, female Muslim women Universitas Airlangga in general, and female Muslim women from the general public. This study is designed to be a space for self-development and strengthening of Islamic values ​​among Muslim women, through material delivery sessions, interactive discussions, and questions and answers with inspiring speakers.
Karimah Akbar 2025 will collaborate with the SKI Muslim Affairs of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Airlangga and will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM until finished at the temporary Nuruzzaman Mosque (Old Building C Ex-FH). The speaker at this event is Ustadzah Arfiyati.
In this life, every human being certainly has dreams, hopes, and plans for the future. However, in the journey to achieve them, we are often faced with the reality that not everything we hope for can go according to plan. At that time our faith is tested and the reality that we must face is that no matter how good a human plan is, nothing will be better than God's perfect decree. Therefore, this year's Karimah Akbar will be held with the theme "We Plan, God Determines: Submitting All Plans to His Perfect Decree".
This event is expected to support the global agenda through contributions to SDGs point 4, namely quality education, by presenting studies that can increase intellectual and spiritual knowledge, as well as point 17, namely, partnerships to achieve goals, namely involving other faculties of SKI Muslimah to strengthen this study event with collaboration.
