Campus 1 Da'wah Training (PDK 1), is part of the work program of the PSDM Division Mosaic FEB UNAIR period 2024 and interests this year in collaboration with Skipsi Airlangga University. With the theme of Strengthening Tawheed and Personal Integrity, Building Professional Da'wah Leadership, this activity aims to equip Da'wah cadres in the Faculty of Economics and Business with leadership and managerial capabilities based on Islamic values. PDK 1 is held once in each management period with a duration of 2 days. During the PDK participants participated in the certification activity which included depositing the memorization of the Al-Qur'an verses and the collection of book resumes about leadership. Then, in the last two days, the activity continued with a leadership seminar through zoom involving question and answer sessions and the Group Discussion Forum (FGD). This FGD is designed as a practical simulation to strengthen insight about professional organizational management while familiarizing cadres in managing da'wah organizations effectively.

In this year's implementation, four main speakers were invited, namely Ust Faizal Mahdi, Ust Afri, Mas Falah, and Ust Ahmad. The participants will get various benefits, including leadership science, relations network, and SKP certificate. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that the da'wah cadres will be able to implement Islamic teachings comprehensively in every aspect of their lives, as well as strengthen relations between Mosaic members and other participants. This program contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially the 4th goal, namely "Quality Education." By increasing leadership and managerial capacity based on Islamic values, this program provides education that is not only academic but also ethics and spiritual, which is relevant to advance the public holistically.
