FEB Unair campus da'wah trainingCampus Da'wah Training 1 (PDK 1) is part of the work program of the PSDM Division of MOSAIC FEB UNAIR for the 2024 period and interestingly this year it collaborates with SKIPSI UNAIR. With the theme Strengthening Monotheism and Personal Integrity, Building Professional Da'wah Leadership, this activity aims to equip da'wah cadres at the Faculty of Economics and Business with leadership and managerial skills based on Islamic values. PDK 1 is held once in each management period with a duration of 2 days. During the PDK, participants participate in certification activities that include submitting memorization of verses of the Qur'an and submitting book summaries on leadership. Then, on the last two days, the activity continues with a leadership seminar via Zoom that involves a question and answer session and a Forum Group Discussion (FGD). This FGD is designed as a practical simulation to strengthen insight into professional organizational management while familiarizing cadres in managing da'wah organizations effectively.

This year's program features four keynote speakers: Ust Faizal Mahdi, Ust Afri, Mas Falah, and Ust Ahmad. Participants will benefit from a variety of skills, including leadership skills, networking, and a certificate with a SKP (Islamic Diploma) certification. By participating in this program, it is hoped that the Islamic missionaries will be able to implement Islamic teachings comprehensively in every aspect of their lives, while strengthening relationships among MOSAIC members and other participants. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4, "Quality Education." By enhancing leadership and managerial capacity based on Islamic values, the program provides education that is not only academic but also ethical and spiritual, relevant to advancing society holistically.
