RAT AND FAREWELL PARTY KOPSI FEB UNAIR 2025

As the closing of the organization's journey at the end of the year, KOPSI FEB UNAIR will hold a Year-End Meeting (RAT) and Farewell Party for the KOPSI FEB UNAIR Management 2025. This activity is an important agenda that is carried out every year as a forum for evaluation, reflection, and strengthening togetherness among members. This event will take place for two days and one night on December 20-21, 2025, at Villa Kebun Pakis 2, Pacet, Mojokerto, and is part of the work program of the PSDM (Human Resources Development) division.

The Year-End Meeting (RAT) is an evaluation forum for the KOPSI FEB UNAIR management to review all activities that have been carried out throughout the year. In this forum, the management and members jointly discuss achievements, obstacles, and provide input for improving future work programs. The RAT also serves as a forum for open discussion to design new strategies, innovations, and agendas that are more relevant to student needs. It is hoped that all members will actively participate, voicing criticism, suggestions, and constructive ideas for the future progress of KOPSI.

Following the AGM, the event continues with a Farewell Party, a token of appreciation for the board members who have contributed significantly throughout their term. The event is designed to be a warm and familial atmosphere, serving not only as a farewell moment but also as a way to strengthen bonds between members. The Farewell Party will feature a series of entertainment, awards, and games aimed at strengthening KOPSI's internal solidarity. This event is expected to foster a stronger sense of camaraderie despite the change in management.

The 2025 KOPSI FEB UNAIR Year-End Meeting and Farewell Party are expected to be a moment of collective reflection to meaningfully close the year and welcome the new period with greater enthusiasm. Through the RAT, all administrators and members can learn from the previous year's experiences, while the Farewell Party serves as a space for appreciation and memories that strengthen the bonds of togetherness.

This activity also has relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The AGM supports member capacity building through constructive program evaluation and planning, while the Farewell Party strengthens social solidarity and internal institutions. Thus, this event not only benefits KOPSI administrators but also contributes to fostering a sustainable and impactful organizational culture.
