Cooperative visits are an activity aimed at achieving excellence and competitiveness, as well as innovation, so they can remain viable and grow. This requires cooperative business units to be productive and have extensive business networks. Furthermore, cooperative business development in the Industry 4.0 era can be achieved through strengthening collaborative networks and business linkages between cooperatives, not just organizational linkages but also the potential for collaboration between cooperatives.
In this visit, we chose the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative (KAN JABUNG) Malang as the target of our visit because KAN Jabung is one of the largest livestock cooperatives in East Java. In addition, KAN Jabung is currently innovating by producing several processed products including pasteurized milk and yogurt with the JABMilk label. One of the achievements achieved by KAN Jabung at that time was being able to win an award as the Best Achieving Producer Cooperative at the National Level in 2007 and 2013. With this cooperative visit activity, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge and provide encouragement for administrators in the cooperative world and provide information that has not been obtained in lectures so that later the new knowledge gained can provide benefits for the FEB Unair Student Cooperative in the future.
