S3 Student Association Economics initiated the "Capacity Building of the Student Association of Economics" on Tuesday-Wednesday, 15-16 June 2024. In this series of activities, the HIMA management was given the provision of knowledge and essential skills to carry out their respective main tasks and functions. In line with the achievement of SDGs 4 about quality education, this event not only provides opportunities for management to hone leadership, problem solving skills, and self -image development, but also improve family relations within the organization. Through a holistic approach, "Proficiency Fusion" ensures that each participant gets a deep learning experience, including academic aspects, leadership, and social interaction. Institutional strengthening is an activity that provides an explanation related to Vision, Mission, Value and Objective from HIMA S3 Economics, Organizational Structure and Job Desc Each Management Thus, the upgrading capacity of the S3 Student Economic Association is expected relevant, and oriented to results that can increase the sustainability of development.
In addition, this activity is meaningful for all HIMA members to build interpersonal relationships outside the formal environment and create an atmosphere that strengthens emotional bonds and kinship. Increasing friendship between student associations and discussing the work program of the current period of HIMA and which will be implemented for the current management and future management.
