FUNRUN MSMIn supporting various activities on campus, sports play a vital role in student life. Sports can be an effective way to maintain physical and mental health. Amidst a busy lecture schedule and high academic demands, sports can provide benefits in creating a healthier, more productive, and dynamic academic environment. To raise awareness of the importance of sports for students, the Master of Science in Management Student Association (HIMA MSM) will hold a FUNRUN activity. This event will be packaged in the form of joint training among MSM students to improve physical fitness, reduce stress, develop social skills, and also enhance cognitive abilities.
Through this FUNRUN activity, students not only gain health benefits but also the opportunity to expand social networks, strengthen togetherness between MSM students and other community members, and increase enthusiasm in living academic life. All of these aspects contribute directly to improving academic performance and student readiness to face challenges on campus and off campus.
FUNRUN aligns with SDGs point 4 regarding quality education. By balancing academic and physical activities, students can achieve better mental health and optimal performance. Through this FUNRUN activity, it is hoped that MSM students will become aware of the importance of maintaining health through exercise and making physical activity a part of their lifestyle. Good health supports academic success and creates a more positive environment.
