A workshop is an event where several people gather to solve a particular problem and find a solution. This activity was held because many students in the Management Department Universitas Airlangga were confused about what to do after graduating from college and were also confused about the relevance of their major to their job goals. The purpose of this activity is to provide new insights to Management Students Universitas Airlangga so that they can get new insights about what to do after graduating from college.
This year's workshop activity entitled "Preparation For Your Future Challenges" will discuss the following three materials;
- What's Next After Your Bachelor's Degree?
- Building a successful career and What about Career in the oil & energy industry.
- Enlarge job opportunities by doing internships abroad
The first material will be delivered by: Mr. Imron Hamzah, he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at a company called Anterin, this company focuses on the field of transportation and online delivery.
The second presentation will be delivered by Mr. Hudi D Suryodipuro, currently the Head of the Human Resources Division at SKK Migas. He is also skilled in Performance Improvement, Career Development, HR Consulting, Deferred Compensation, and Executive Search. He holds a Master of Science degree focusing on Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
The third material will be presented by: Pauline Ciuputri, she is a student majoring in Public Health, Pauline is a student who is active in organizations and Pauline also knows the ins and outs of the international world.
This event will discuss what preparations are needed to enter the world of work and each material will be divided into two sessions, namely one material session for 60 minutes and one discussion session for 30 minutes.
