A workshop is an event where several people gather to solve a particular problem and find a solution, this activity was held for students who are administrators of HIMA MANAJEMEN Universitas Airlangga for the 2022 period. Lectures and organizations are two things that cannot be separated in student life. Of course, being active in organizations is an opportunity that should not be wasted when we are in college. However, it is not uncommon for us to find challenges that can hinder the development of the organization, such as the difficulty of communication and working together with organizational colleagues. Therefore, this activity has the aim of providing new insights and views on good communication between HIMA MANAJEMEN Universitas Airlangga colleagues and being able to work together appropriately in order to achieve goals in accordance with the vision and mission of HIMA MANAJEMEN Universitas Airlangga. 

This 2022 workshop also relates to SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals. Membership in an organization requires partnership skills to achieve shared goals. Therefore, some insight into organizational skills is necessary. 

This year's workshop activity is entitled "Achieving Goals Through Effective Communication and Teamwork" 

This material will be presented by Mr. Daryl Gumilar, who currently serves as the Talent and Organizational Development Director of PT Pesta Pora Abadi. He possesses a wide range of skills, including People Development, Organizational Development, Performance Management Systems, and Competency Development. He also has extensive experience as HR Senior Manager at PT Vivo Communication, Training and Development at PT Suzuki, Recruitment Training Manager at Meratus Group, and many others. 

This event will be held on April 3, 2022, via Zoom Meetings. The presentation will last 40 minutes, with a 20-minute discussion session.
