Upgrading the UNAIR Management Student Association (HIMA) is an activity designed to enhance the capacity and capabilities of HIMA members, both in terms of knowledge, skills, and leadership attitudes. This activity aims to prepare HIMA members to be better prepared to face organizational challenges and dynamics, and to be able to make a more optimal contribution to each work program they undertake.
Activities conducted during this event included training and outreach sessions covering various topics such as bureaucratic processes, work program management, and decision-making strategies. Games were also included to enhance cooperation, trust, and bonding among members. Most importantly, there were discussion and sharing sessions, as well as work program evaluation and planning sessions.
This work program aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly point 4, namely Quality Education. Upgrading the UNAIR Management Student Association (HIMA) aims to improve the capacity and skills of its members through training and discussions. This aligns with SDG 4, which emphasizes the importance of quality education and lifelong learning. By enhancing the knowledge and skills of its members, this event contributes to the development of competent human resources ready to face future challenges.
With this upgrading activity, HIMA Management UNAIR hopes to continue to be a progressive, innovative organization, and able to provide a positive impact on the entire academic community and society.
