The second M-AIN will be held with the agenda of Playing Badminton. M-AIN is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 3, namely "Good Health and Well-Being" and SDG 4, namely "Quality Education." Through this event, students are encouraged to maintain their physical and mental health with light physical activities such as badminton. By focusing on healthy activities, M-AIN strives to create an environment that supports student well-being, so they can achieve optimal academic achievement without being disturbed by stress or boredom.
In addition, M-AIN plays a role in supporting the development of students' potential and quality of life. This activity is expected to be a forum for them to maintain a balance between academic activities and free time, increase their enthusiasm for learning, and build better relationships with fellow majors. This effort is in line with the spirit of the SDGs in creating education that is not only high quality, but also contributes to the formation of healthy and prosperous individuals.
The sustainability of M-AIN will be routinely implemented several times a year and is the responsibility of the Human Resources and Development Department of HIMA Management Universitas Airlangga . This program is expected to be an effective solution for students in overcoming boredom and fatigue during lectures.
With the M-AIN program, it is hoped that S1 Management students Universitas Airlangga can find a fun and useful way to fill their free time. In addition, M-AIN also provides opportunities for students to interact with each other and strengthen social relationships between them.
