Ramadhan Exchange is one of the work programs of the Department of Human Resource and Development, HIMA Management, Airlangga University, which is held every year with the concept of breaking the fast together and sahur on the road sharing food for residents around Universitas Airlangga.

The description of this activity is a work program in the form of a gathering in order to improve the relationship between the management community Universitas Airlangga so that BURSA can be a place to get to know each other and reconnect the relationship. In addition, BURSA can also be a place for the management community Universitas Airlangga as a place to strengthen family ties and also implement the implementation of the SPIRIT, UNITY, and PRIDE jargon which is packaged in a breaking fast event. Then it will be continued with the distribution of basic necessities and sahur meals to local residents in need where funds will be obtained through open donations from the entire S1 Management community of Universitas Airlangga.

This event is related to SDG 8, Decent Work and Growth. In line with this, BURSA aims to demonstrate Universitas Airlangga S1 Management Student Association's sensitivity to the plight of local residents. The distribution of basic necessities and pre-dawn meals is expected to ease the burden on these communities.
