OTD stands for "Organizational Training Development." OTD is a rebranding of LKMM (Student Management Skills Training), a series of self-development activities typically held in colleges or universities. OTD is designed to train students in leadership, management, communication, and teamwork skills. This activity will include a series of presentation sessions by resource persons, discussions, problem-solving, and the implementation of communication skills, aimed at improving students' abilities in various aspects of leadership and management.

This OTD activity is one of the work programs of the Human Resource and Development Department of Airlangga University's Undergraduate Management Student Association (HIMA S1 Management) and is held annually. This year's OTD was themed "Improving Student Leadership: Enhancing Critical Thinking, Innovative Solutions, Effective Communication, and High-Achievement Mindsets in Organizations.".

The purpose of this OTD is to prepare prospective students with basic knowledge and skills in leadership, management, and interpersonal skills before entering a higher learning environment.

It is hoped that this OTD work program will enable Universitas Airlangga Universitas Airlangga of Management students to develop themselves based on their own abilities. Furthermore, they can implement all the benefits gained from this series of events.
