In 2025, HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga held an Alumni Meet Up event with an audience reach of active students of the S1 Management study program Universitas Airlangga . This event aims to increase motivation and job outlook for S1 Management students Universitas Airlangga as well as fostering relationships between students and alumni. The Alumni Meet Up will be held online on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM - finished with the theme "Navigating the Future: Insight, Strategy and Leadership".
The 2025 Alumni Meet Up presents 2 speakers who will present discussions according to the theme carried with the hope that the speakers can share their experiences on how alumni can determine their career choices when entering the career world, not only relying on theory but also on the ability to adapt, think strategically and make the right decisions.
Both speakers are alumni of the S1 Management study program Universitas Airlangga who have been active in the world of work. The first speaker, Rahmat Fiqih Gunawan (S1 Management Alumni concentration in Human Resources, 2020) currently works as a HC Career & Performance Management Analyst and the second speaker is Ayu Maharani Putri Setyorini (S1 Management Alumni concentration in Marketing Management, 2021) currently works as a Business owner & Commercial Staff, KBM Timber Forest Products East Java Region.
This event is related to SDGs number 4, namely Quality Education. As agents of change, students must have a vision and plan to achieve a successful future and make a positive impact, especially in their careers. With alumni who have succeeded in their respective fields, this proves that a quality generation has been born from the S1 Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga . Therefore, the 2025 Alumni Meet Up presents these two successful alumni as inspiration and a learning platform for students who want to follow in their footsteps to success.
