Management Tutorial Hero is an annual of the UNAIR Management Student Association (Hima Manajemen UNAIR). It aims to assist active Management undergraduate students in preparing for midterm and final exams in several courses . This activity is held every two weeks before the midterm and final exams . Tutors are undergraduate management students who possess advanced skills in the subject and are willing to share their knowledge with their peers.

Once the quota of participants has been reached, a chat group consisting of one speaker and 10 students to discuss the time and location of the event. The venues for the lectures vary, including the GKM Hall, the third-floor hallway, or the Campus B library. The lectures last 1-2 hours, with detailed discussion of the material and previous year's questions.
