Management Tutorial Hero or commonly called Tutor HERO is one of the work programs of the HIMA S-1 Management Knowledge department Universitas Airlangga. The work program from Tutor HERO aims to support management students in academic matters in the form of support for UTS and UAS preparation. This program can be attended for free by all undergraduate students majoring in management Universitas Airlangga.
HERO Tutor is related to SDGs number 4, namely quality education. In accordance with the related SDGs, this program will provide opportunities for students who have a greater understanding of certain subjects to teach students who have less understanding of those subjects. This activity will be carried out purely by Universitas AirlanggaManagement Students. Students who have more understanding regarding certain subjects will teach students who do not understand that particular subject. In this way, apart from realizing "unity" there will also be positive cooperation between management forces.
Hero tutors on the even semester UTS this year are carried out online through the zoom meeting because of the unlikely the pandemic condition. The target of the hero tutor is an active student of S1 Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga Semester 1 to Semester 4. With the existence of a hero tutor, it is expected to help many students understand the lecture material and be successful in carrying out the exams that will be faced.
