Management Tutorial Hero, or Tutor HERO, is a program of the Knowledge Department of the Undergraduate Student Association (HIMA) of Management, Universitas Airlangga. The Tutor HERO program aims to support management students in academic matters by providing preparation for midterm and final exams. All undergraduate management students Universitas Airlanggaare free to participate.

The HERO Tutor program is related to SDG number 4, namely quality education. In accordance with the related SDGs, this program will provide opportunities for students who have a deeper understanding of certain courses to teach students who are less familiar with the subject. This activity will be carried out purely by Management Students Universitas Airlangga. Students who have a deeper understanding of a particular course will teach students who are less familiar with that particular course. Thus, in addition to realizing "unity," it will also forge positive cooperation between management classes.

Tutor Hero for this year's even semester midterm exams was conducted online via Zoom meeting due to the pandemic, which prevented gatherings. The target audience for TUTOR HERO is active undergraduate students of Universitas Airlangga , semesters 1 through 4. With TUTOR HERO, it is hoped that it can help many students understand the course material and succeed in their upcoming exams.
