MGT or Management of Got Talent is an annual event organized by the Student Association (HIMA) S1 Management of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair). This event is one of the work programs of the Hima S1 S1 S1 S1 S1 S1 Division aimed at exploring and demonstrating the best talents of UNAIR management students. With the theme "Unleash Your Passion, Showcase Your Talent, Seize Victory," This event provides a platform for participants to display their skills and talents in front of a large audience.

Got Talent Management will take place in two stages, namely the preliminary on September 26-27, 2024 and the final round on October 12, 2024. In the holding of GOT Talent management this year, we are proud to invite competent judges from two famous Student Activity Units (UKM) at Universitas Airlangga. From UKM Choir Universitas Airlangga (PSUA), we present Kak Catherine, a judge who is experienced in vocal art. In addition, from the UKM Dance & Karawitan Activity Unit (UKTK), we also invited Kak Ocha, an expert in dance and musical arts. The presence of these judges is expected to provide an objective and constructive assessment, and inspire the participants to display the best.

Management of Got Talent is not just a competition, but is also a means to foster confidence and the spirit of work among S1 UNAIR management students. By participating in this event, the participants not only had the opportunity to show their talents, but also to learn and develop through the process of assessment and feedback from professional judges. Let's join and witness how these young talents pursue victory and inspire us all!
