Every individual possesses different talents and potential. Talent is a natural ability inherent in a person from birth, whether general or specific. Talent enables a person to achieve success in a particular field. This talent can be realized through practice, knowledge, experience, and motivation. Therefore, the Undergraduate Management Student Association (HIMA) Universitas Airlangga held an activity called Management Got Talent (MGT) 2023 as a forum for undergraduate students of the Faculty of Management, Universitas Airlangga to channel and develop their talents.

Management Got Talent is an event that aims to provide a platform for undergraduate students of the Faculty of Management, Universitas Airlangga to channel and develop their interests, talents, and potential, such as dancing, playing musical instruments, singing, magic, reading poetry, and others. The theme for this year's event is "The Indie Era Scene." Furthermore, this event also aims to strengthen the brotherhood among the Management students Universitas Airlangga.
