Each individual has different talents and potentials. Talent is the natural ability that exists in a person from birth, both general and special. Talent allows someone to achieve achievements in a particular field. This talent can be realized as an achievement by doing training, knowledge, experience, and motivation. Therefore, HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga held an activity called Management Got Talent (MGT) 2023 as a forum for S1 students of the Faculty of Management Universitas Airlangga in distributing and developing their talents.

Management Got Talent is an event that aims to be a means for S1 students of the Faculty of Management Universitas Airlangga in channeling and developing interests, talents, and potentials, such as dancing, playing musical instruments, singing, magic, reading poetry, and others. The theme that we will carry for this year's event is the "Indie Era Stex". In addition, this event also aims to strengthen brotherhood between residents of Universitas Airlanggamanagement.
