Management Olympiad (MO) is a national level competition aimed at high school students or equivalent who have an interest in the field of management science.

Management Startup Challenge (MSC) is a national level seminar and competition for high school/vocational high school students and active undergraduate/diploma 3 students throughout Indonesia as part of the commemoration of the Anniversary of Universitas AirlanggaUndergraduate Management Study Program.
- Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition (UASTEC)
Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition (UASTEC) is a platform for students to practice their understanding of stock trading. The competition is designed to mimic real-world conditions in the stock market, allowing participants to experience the true atmosphere of the market.
