M-Visit X Artha Connects: Being a Manager vs Being an Entrepreneur, Which One Do You Want to Be?
Knowledge is never enough. No matter how much we gain, it's even better if we expand our horizons. One way Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management Student Association (HIMA S1) does this is by visiting student associations at other universities. Besides broadening our horizons, such events also serve as a platform for networking with fellow student organizations.
This visit was conducted by the IMK (Entrepreneurship Student Association) Artha Institut Teknologi Bandung. Artha Connects, an agenda from IMK Artha ITB, collaborated with M-Visit, an agenda from the Student Association of Undergraduate Management. The visit took place on Saturday, March 13, 2021. The agenda discussed work programs and how students face global competition through entrepreneurship. This agenda can serve as a forum for discussion among business students regarding preparation for work in the business and management fields in general.
Students play a significant role as the backbone of the Indonesian nation. However, we often ask ourselves, "What do I want to do after college?" As representatives of business and management students, let's focus on options that are most closely aligned with our daily studies: entering the world of professional management or becoming a businessperson.
By participating in this discussion, participants, both from the HIMA S1 Management and IMK Artha ITB, are expected to be encouraged to grow curiosity regarding cross-majors, foster creativity, and later be able to determine goals after graduation with more confidence.
