Humans are social creatures who live with others. As social beings, we must help each other and cooperate to achieve common goals and the common good. This mutual assistance can be carried out in the form of community service activities. Community service, better known as baksos, is a form of caring or humanitarian activity for others. Through these activities, we can strengthen our sense of kinship, to manifest feelings of love, mutual assistance, and mutual care for those in need.
As a form of concern for the surrounding conditions, Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management Student Association (HIMA S1 Management) will conduct a social service activity called Management Cares (M-Cares). M-Cares aims to increase the awareness and social spirit of Undergraduate Management students, as well as demonstrate and develop a caring attitude towards the surrounding community who need help through a series of social services and community service.
This year, the M-Cares activity will be held on April 7, 2023 and on July 22-23, 2023, which will provide social assistance in the form of donations, breaking the fast together, and campus tour activities to introduce the Universitas Airlangga environment to our brothers and sisters in orphanages around Surabaya.
Therefore, through M-Cares, we invite you to contribute by donating funds, which we will then allocate to social assistance in the form of basic necessities for our brothers and sisters in orphanages. Fundraising will be open from February 28th to April 4th, 2023. Come and participate in spreading kindness through m-caresactivities!
