Management Small Talk is a new program of the Human Resource and Development Department of the Undergraduate Management Student Association (HIMA S1 Management) Universitas Airlangga. The implementation of Management Small Talk (CANGCIMEN) is motivated by several factors, such as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has limited student interaction and talent development, particularly in the field of content creation. Secondly, the widespread use of social media in society to maintain communication and develop personal potential.
The description of this activity is a work program in the form of YouTube content that will discuss current issues regarding lectures and non-lectures as well as providing information about campus life. This activity will be filled with talents from Universitas AirlanggaUndergraduate Management students. The content is packaged in an informal, fun, and interesting manner. This activity has the objectives in its implementation, including implementing the work program of the Human Resource and Development Department of HIMA Undergraduate Management, Universitas Airlangga , and providing solutions to existing issues through information collected from students of the Undergraduate Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga. Furthermore, the target of the Small Talk on Management (CANGCIMEN) is all Undergraduate Management Study Program Students Universitas Airlangga and the general public who are curious about the Department of Management Universitas Airlangga
This event is related to SDG number 4, which concerns Quality Education. In line with this, CANGCIMEN aims to discuss current issues and campus life, fostering an intellectual community, particularly among UNAIR Management students, to be critical thinkers and able to discuss solutions to societal problems.
