The Tutor Hero program is an initiative aimed at improving students' understanding of the course material at Universitas Airlangga through additional classes led by students who have successfully completed the relevant courses. Tutors are selected from among students who have a deep understanding of the curriculum and the requirements of each course. Tutors are expected to be effective guides, helping their peers grasp critical concepts that often pose challenges.
The primary goal of the Tutor Hero program is to improve student understanding of the material, providing students with a strong foundation of knowledge when facing exams. Furthermore, the program also aims to improve students' exam-taking skills by providing additional insights, test-taking strategies, and a deeper understanding of the types of questions likely to appear on the exam.

These supplementary classes are scheduled before the exam period, giving students ample time to prepare. This is expected to improve students' confidence and readiness for the exam. Beyond the individual aspect, this program also seeks to strengthen collaboration among students. Interactions in these supplementary classes are expected to create a supportive learning environment where students can share knowledge and experiences.
