In college, students are required to understand all the subjects taught by their lecturers to achieve good and satisfactory grades on mid-term and final exams. However, not all students are able to fully understand all the subjects taught. 

Students are required to be independent in whatever they do and must accept the risks involved. As a manifestation of the "unity" of Universitas AirlanggaManagement Students, the Management Student Association (HIMA) has a program that is expected to be able to help students who have difficulty understanding certain courses, this program is called "TUTOR HERO". This program is free of charge for participants who participate, so it can ease the burden on students who need additional knowledge at no additional cost.

This activity is conducted solely by Universitas AirlanggaManagement students. Students with a deeper understanding of a particular subject will teach those with less familiarity. This not only fosters unity but also fosters positive collaboration between management classes.

In 2021, the Student Association of Management Universitas Airlangga will hold a tutoring program for residents, including active students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga , called TUTORIAL HERO (TUTOR HERO 2021). This program will provide an opportunity for students who have a deeper understanding of certain courses to teach students who are less familiar with the subject. However, unlike tutoring held independently by students who are charged, TUTOR HERO is free of charge for its participants. Tutor hero at this year's mid-term exam is conducted online via zoom meeting due to the pandemic conditions that do not allow for crowds. The target of TUTOR HERO is active students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga in semesters 1 to 4. 

The purpose of holding TUTOR HERO is: 

1. Helping all Universitas Airlangga Management students understand several courses.
2. Providing facilities for facing mid-term and final exams for all Management members.
3. As a forum to strengthen solidarity between Management members in several generations.
4. Maintaining the good name of Management in the Faculty of Economics and Business, especially in the academic field.

With TUTOR HERO, it is hoped that it can help many students understand the lecture material and succeed in taking the exams they will face.
