New students often face challenges in adapting to new environments and systems in higher education. To help the adaptation process, the Human Resources and Development Department of HIMA S1-Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga will hold a Grand Opening, a work program specifically designed to introduce new students to the academic environment, work systems, and organizational culture in the Management Study Program, FEB UNAIR.
The Grand Opening aims to be the first door for new students to get to know the organizational structure of HIMA S1-Management better, understand the various work programs that will be carried out, and get a comprehensive overview of the culture and values ​​​​upheld by the organization. This event will be filled with various interesting sessions such as an introduction to HIMA administrators, presentations of work programs, warm welcomes from administrators and seniors, and material sessions from Management lecturers that will enrich the insights of participants.
In addition, interactive discussion sessions will be held to build closeness between participants and create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. Through this Grand Opening, it is hoped that new students will not only feel welcomed, but also increasingly motivated to actively participate, contribute, and develop with HIMA S1-Management FEB Universitas Airlangga .
