ECW is one of the major work programs implemented by the 2021 Development Economics Student Association. This program with an entrepreneurship theme is under the entrepreneurship department of HIMA EP Unair.
The Entrepreneurship and Career Workshop (ECW) is an event that provides knowledge on how to create or enter the world of business, provides insight and skills in preparation for entering the workforce, and provides job information for job seekers through training and workshops. In addition to job seekers, ECW also provides knowledge for students who want to start their own businesses. In 2021, ECW's theme is "The Importance of Human Capital in the Professional World," which consists of two series of events: the first series is a seminar on careers and entrepreneurship. The second series is a workshop.
On November 14, 2021, a career workshop with the theme "Strength of Brand You" was successfully held, presented by Vina A. Muliana, a BUMN Career Professional & Content Creator. In this workshop series, Vina provided insights into personal branding to increase the likelihood of job applications. She provided numerous tips and suggestions on what needs to be done to improve personal branding, and participants were very enthusiastic about the session held on November 14th.
Furthermore, on November 20, 2021, a series of follow-up events to the career workshop, themed "Hack Your Business Growth with Copywriting," was held. It was led by Raharja Putra, a professional copywriter and copywriting mentor at Boston Consulting Group. As the title suggests, this session provided material on copywriting, which is extremely useful in business, such as advertising, providing product descriptions, and various other writing needs. Participants are expected to develop copywriting skills that they can apply in their respective fields.
In conclusion, the 10th ECW Webinar was a success and was attended by hundreds of participants from various regions. We hope that the knowledge provided by the speakers at the event can be applied by participants in their respective regions.
