Hima Economics Development Universitas Airlangga organizes upgrading activities that will be facilitated by the Department of Student Resources Development in order to fulfill expertise in the field of organization. Through this activity it is hoped that all HIMA EP 2024 management will get the briefing of individual character through knowledge about organizations and leadership and build harmony among the HIMA EP 2024 management through a series of activities

The implementation of this upgrading also supports the realization of the 8th SDGs: decent work and economic growth, namely through training and development of organizational skills. Upgrading is also a place to provide training that aims to improve other skills that are relevant to the world of work. This can increase their opportunities to get a decent job in the future or even prepare them to become successful entrepreneurs.

The target of this activity is all HIMA EP 2024 management. Upgrading was carried out for 2 days on March 2-3, 2024 which took place at Villa Ashri, Mojokerto Regency. In the implementation of upgrading there are character building camps and FGD sessions, signing SOPs, BPI exposure and sharing for class 2021, 2020, and 2019 Upgrading activities run smoothly.
