HIMA Development Economics Universitas Airlangga held an Upgrading activity that will be facilitated by the Department of Student Resource Development in order to fulfill expertise in the field of organization. Through this activity, it is hoped that all HIMA EP 2024 administrators will receive individual character development through knowledge of organization and leadership and build harmony among HIMA EP 2024 administrators through a series of activities

The implementation of this Upgrading also supports the realization of SDGs Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, namely through training and development of organizational skills. Upgrading also becomes a forum to provide training aimed at improving other skills relevant to the world of work. This can increase their chances of getting decent work in the future or even prepare them to become successful entrepreneurs.

The target of this activity is all HIMA EP 2024 administrators. Upgrading was carried out for 2 days on March 2-3, 2024, which took place at Villa Ashri, Mojokerto Regency. In the implementation of Upgrading there were Character Building Camp and FGD sessions, SOP Signing, BPI Presentation and sharing of Classes 2021, 2020, and 2019. The indicator of the success of this Upgrading was that 80% of HIMA EP administrators participated in the Upgrading. The Upgrading activity ran smoothly.
