As the future successors to the leadership of this nation, young people are required to take meaningful action for the advancement of the nation and state. They must be able to make the most of their time, wholeheartedly utilizing their knowledge to bring about positive change in this nation. Such a role certainly requires an independent attitude in every situation and condition of the prevailing system.
The role of these students will be more optimal if organized within a forum as a means of unifying the movement. Therefore, an UPGRADING activity is needed to increase the insight and knowledge of the HIMA EP administrators, especially the 2021 period, who will then be prepared to run the organization according to its objectives.
An organizational body is not only a place for intellectual development of students, but also for the development of social spirit in society. The theory learned in college certainly needs to be supported by organizational skills to bolster their competencies, and most importantly, how to implement it in society. Within an organization, a sense of kinship and tolerance among fellow administrators is inseparable, because developing the potential of the organization requires these aspects. With the UPGRADING activity, fellow organizational administrators can interact with each other and get to know other administrators and can understand their respective responsibilities in order to realize an organization that is beneficial both in the academic environment and in society.
