The 2021 Design Tutorial (TURDES) is a program of the Communication and Information Bureau of the Student Association of Development Economics (HIMA EP) Universitas Airlangga. The program aims to provide a learning platform for design for all Development Economics students Universitas Airlangga. This is necessary considering the importance of communication and information media in the form of graphic design and videography in today's modern era. Therefore, this program is expected to hone and enhance the potential of Development Economics students in this field. 

The 2021 Design Tutorial (TURDES) will be held online on Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time). The learning medium will be Adobe Illustrator. The target number of participants for this program is 30. Success indicators include the event running according to plan, achieving the target number of participants, and being able to use and operate basic tools in Adobe Illustrator editing software.
