Cross-Brotherhood Hima (LPH) is a series of activities organized by HIMA EP to introduce new students of Development Economics Universitas Airlangga to the lecture environment with the aim of preparing new students to face various challenges in the world of lectures.
The theme "Youth Economics" serves as a medium for introducing and developing new students to adapt to the Development Economics environment Universitas Airlangga through activities that foster creativity, emphasizing the role of digitalization in fostering understanding of the major. Through a series of Cross-Brotherhood Student Association (LPH) activities, new students are provided with non-formal education that encompasses the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi values and the Solid EP values. Thus, this theme provides strong support for the achievement of SDGs 4 on Quality Education by providing opportunities for new students to engage in learning outside the classroom. These activities not only develop their understanding of academic and ethical values, but also enable them to build interpersonal skills essential for holistic educational development.
Furthermore, the theme "Youth Economics" emphasizes the importance of creating a conducive learning environment, ensuring that new students feel welcome and supported. In the context of SDG 4, this also encompasses efforts to increase accessibility and inclusivity in education, ensuring that all students have equal opportunities to thrive and succeed.
