Leadership Training is a work program of the Human Resources Development Department of HIMA EP Universitas Airlangga. This work program aims to be a learning medium and self-development for students with leadership spirit to always think critically about everything that happens around them. Leadership is the backbone of the development of an organization. So without good leadership, it will be difficult to achieve organizational goals. Good leadership skills are something that every individual must have, especially a student who is essentially an agent of change. By mastering leadership, a person will become a communicative person and will be better able to put forward brilliant ideas that can change a situation. The "Leadership Training" activity with the theme "Leadership is an Action Not Position" will be very useful to help students in understanding the spirit of leadership so they can become quality individuals.
