The Entrepreneurship and Career Workshop (ECW) is an event that provides knowledge on how to create or enter the world of business, as well as insights and skills in preparing for the workforce, as well as job information for job seekers through training and workshops. In addition to job seekers, ECW also provides knowledge for students who want to start their own businesses. In 2021, ECW's theme is "The Importance of Human Capital in the Professional World," which consists of two series of events: the first series is a seminar on careers and entrepreneurship. The second series is a workshop. 

On November 13, 2021, a seminar titled "Optimizing Your Potential to Compete in the Professional World" was held. It consisted of two sessions. The first session discussed careers, titled "Establish Your Preeminence for a Purposeful Career Journey." The second session discussed entrepreneurship, titled "Turn Your Potential to Solve Real-Life Problems Through Entrepreneurship.". 

The second series of workshops will be held on November 14th and 21st, 2021, with the theme "Set up your skills to follow the changes in the professional world," which will discuss skills for entering the professional world. The workshop is divided into two sessions. The first session, on November 14th, will begin with a workshop on personal branding for job applications entitled "The Strength of Brand "YOU." The second session, on November 21st, will present a workshop on the use of copywriting for business entitled "Hack Your Business Growth with Copywriting.".
