The event began on Saturday, March 2, 2019, with a presentation held at Narotama University, Surabaya. Before the presentation, there was an opening ceremony consisting of remarks and a technical meeting for the presentation from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM WIB. The main event, the paper presentation round, was held from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB, with a break in between. Our team received number 4. Finally, the competition participants returned home at around 3:30 PM WIB after the closing ceremony.

On the second day, March 3, 2019, the agenda was the Accrued Seminar 2019 with the theme "Readiness of Accounting Students in Facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0" which was attended by participants from various universities. The seminar speakers were accounting practitioners and Professors of FEB UNAIR. It was held in the Fadjar Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga at 07.30 - 13.00 WIB. After the seminar, it was continued with a scholarship test held by ICAEW which was attended by registered students, taking place in the same room at 13.00 - 15.00 WIB.
