ISLAMIC FESTIVAL 2018 DELEGATION

SURABAYA STATE UNIVERSITY

The 2018 Islamic Festival is a national economics olympiad held by Surabaya State University. This Islamic economics olympiad is part of a series of national Pildacil and Banjari competitions.

This olympiad event in the preliminary stage uses an essay submission method followed by many teams in various campuses nationwide, and then the 30 best essay teams were selected to take the online test, and then the 12 best teams were selected to advance to the semifinals held at the Surabaya State University Campus, which is located in the Ketintang area. Those who passed the semifinals were from Universitas Airlangga, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Diponegoro University, Brawijaya University, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Gundharma University, STEI Tazkia, Islamic University of Malang, Semarang State University, Islamic University of Indonesia. The details of the team members who passed from Universitas Airlangga are as follows: Rizka Lailatul Millah, Tita Novita Sari and Cyndy Mayoli.

In the semifinal stage, the participants were asked to answer questions using the quiz method, with details of 60 multiple choice questions and 40 essay questions, with a time limit of 180 minutes, followed by a debate and a final presentation session.
