
Personnel is a work program for the Human Resource of the Capital Market Study Group (KSPM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga in 2025. This activity was held to achieve the vision and mission of the organization effectively and sustainably and as an effort to provide evaluation and appreciation of the performance of staff and divisions in each quarter. Structured evaluations allow KSPM to identify potential, establish development areas, and ensure that each staff has the opportunity to grow and develop. Meanwhile, giving appreciation is an important form of recognition in increasing motivation, loyalty, and job satisfaction. In addition, this activity is in line with SDGs 8 Dencent Work and Economic Growth because through objective evaluation and providing fair appreciation, this activity encourages increased productivity, work motivation, and creation of quality and inclusive work environment. Through this personnel work program, we hope to create a more productive, fair and inspiring work environment.
