is one of the work programs initiated by KSPM FEB Unair in order to provide facilities for KSPM FEB Unair's internal staff to achieve achievements in the capital market sector. Through Competition Warrior, internal staff will be given various training on capital markets to face the competition, such as essays, trading, as well as posters and videos. Internal staff will be guided by experienced mentors in their fields in each competition branch. It is hoped that through Competition Warrior will create an ecosystem that supports the growth of interest and achievement among KSPM FEB Unair's internal staff.
Competition Warrior is broadly divided into three sub-activities, namely pre-event, main event, and after event. The pre-event stage is the initial stage where a WhatsApp group will be formed according to the competition branch chosen by the internal staff of KSPM FEB Unair. The main event stage is the core stage, namely training in the form of webinars and discussions with mentors. Finally, the after event stage is a continuation of the core stage. At this stage, internal staff who have received awards will receive incentives as a form of appreciation for their achievements.
Competition Warrior was designed as a form of KSPM FEB Unair's contribution to achieving SDG number 4, namely quality education. It is hoped that through Competition Warrior, KSPM FEB Unair's internal staff can increase their knowledge regarding the world of capital markets so that achievements can be carved more easily. Furthermore, Competition Warrior is also designed as an effort to realize SDG number 17, namely partnerships to achieve goals. It is hoped that KSPM FEB Unair can be a partner for its own internal staff in seeking various information related to the world of capital markets.
