MINUTES OF WELCOME VISIT BEM FTIRS ITS

On Friday, September 9, 2022, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Systems Engineering (FTIRS) of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) received a welcome visit from the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Systems Engineering (FTIRS). This visit was facilitated by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FTIRS ITS. This face-to-face activity took place at the Fadjar Notonergoro Hall, Campus B UNAIR, and was attended by the administrators of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FTIRS ITS. The purpose of this visit was to exchange insights regarding knowledge and work program innovations, as well as to foster friendship and collaboration through presentation sessions from each BEM and focus group discussions (FGD) from each department or bureau.
The welcome visit event began at 6:30 PM WIB by the MCs, Farhan from BEM FEB UNAIR and also Fitria from BEM FTIRS ITS who guided the event from the beginning to the end. The series of events began with an opening from the MC and continued with remarks from Vania Safira as President of BEM FEB UNAIR and Auliansyah Rizki Teknikade as President of BEM FTIRS ITS. The next event was the presentation of material from each President and Vice President of BEM.
The event continued with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which was a presentation from each department and bureau conducted in each group. In the FGD, each bureau or department shared about their respective bureau or department, starting with the introduction of each department member and presenting the work agenda for 40 minutes. After the FGD was completed, the attendees were directed to fill out the CSI welcome visit form provided by the External Relations Department of BEM FEB UNAIR and also to take attendance for BEM FTIRS ITS.
The event concluded with a certificate presentation session from BEM FEB UNAIR to BEM FTIRS ITS as a token of appreciation, represented by Vania Safira. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FTIRS ITS concluded with a closing ceremony by the MC at 8:00 PM WIB.
