MINUTES OF WELCOME VISIT BEM FILKOM UB

On Friday, October 14, 2022, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Universitas Brawijaya (UNAIR) received a welcome visit from the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) of Universitas Brawijaya. This visit was facilitated by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FILKOM UB. This activity was carried out face-to-face at the Tirto Hall, Campus B UNAIR, attended by 50 participants from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FILKOM UB. The purpose of this visit was to exchange insights regarding knowledge and work program innovations, as well as to foster friendship and collaboration through presentation sessions from each BEM from each department or bureau.
The welcome visit event started at 6:20 PM WIB by the MCs, Zara from BEM FEB UNAIR and also Gilang from BEM FILKOM UB who guided the event from the beginning to the end. The series of events began with an opening from the MC and continued with remarks from Vania Safira as President of BEM FEB UNAIR and Dandy Ramadhany as President of BEM FILKOM UB. The next event was the presentation of BEM FEB UNAIR material by the President and Vice President of BEM and representatives from each Bureau and Department, then continued with the presentation of material by the President and Vice President of BEM FILKOM UB.
The event continued with a 25-minute question-and-answer session. After the Q&A session, attendees were directed to fill out the CSI welcome visit form provided by the External Relations Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM FEB UNAIR) and also to register attendance for the Student Executive Board (BEM FILKOM UB).
The event concluded with a certificate presentation session from BEM FEB UNAIR to BEM FILKOM UB as a token of appreciation, represented by Vania Safira. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FILKOM UB concluded with a closing ceremony by the MC and a group photo at 8:00 PM WIB.
