This upgrading activity was held for all 2021 administrators of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga The event included topics on family, organizational management, and collaboration. This was followed by an introduction session between administrators and a presentation of the wall magazines created by the groups. The goal was to build teamwork, enthusiasm, and foster a sense of camaraderie among all 2021 BEM FEB UNAIR administrators.
